  • Province
  • Country
  • Phone number
  • Contact person's phone number
  • Fax number
  • E-mail address
  • Contact person's email address
  • Website
  • Gender of the contact person
  • Bank account number
  • Tax ID number

Disclosure to Third Parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:

  • Transportation services (e.g., UPS/TNT/Post-nl/Cargo Partners/Fedex/GLS)
  • Payment services (e.g., ABN-AMRO Bank/KNAB Bank/Paypal/VISA)
  • Insurers

YSO Signage never discloses personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a data processing agreement. We make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, we will not provide the personal data you have provided to third parties unless required and permitted by law. An example of this is when the police requests (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such cases, we are obliged to cooperate and are required to provide this data. YSO Signage does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.

The statutory retention period for tax purposes is 7 years.

Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have implemented a closed ICT system and processing agreements.

Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data (or a part thereof) held by us or by one of our processors. We may logically ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
